Price quotes are provided under the reasonable expectation that the address provided is good and service can be made within 3 attempts.

Price quotes are per intended recipient at a single address.

There is no charge for a Level 1 skip trace, but results are not guaranteed.

Additional addresses located during a Level 1 skip trace that are in the same general area will be tried at our discretion for no additional fee.

There is no charge for filing an Affidavit of Service in Clermont County, Ohio or for picking up documents at the Clermont County, Ohio courthouses.

Documents can be accepted by email or fax with prior arrangement.

There is no charge for notarized affidavit or Return of Service.

Documents going to the same address but to different persons are billed seperately.

Documents that are intended for the same recipient at the same address but have different manners of service (i.e. personal vs. sub service) are billed seperately.

If the service cannot be effected for any reason beyond our control(i.e. bad address), service fees still apply.

Mailings performed for any document over 5 pages are charged a rate of .10 per page for printing expense.

Unless specific directions are provided, all papers are served under our interpretation of the applicable Rules of Civil Procedure for the state from which they originate.
