Where do I send the papers?
Please send the documents to the address listed on our "contact us" link at the top right of this page. If you would like to overnight the documents please call for a physical address. Documents can also be emailed or faxed.
Do you charge for mileage?
No. We use a flat fee pricing system.
What if the papers are not served in three attempts?
We will keep trying unless the situation is determined to involve willful evasion of service or other circumstances which are beyond our control. The best practice is to inform us up front if there are any known factors which may make service more difficult. If we know about these issues ahead of time we can determine a strategy to get the papers served more quickly.
Do you invoice?
We will invoice but arrangement have to be made in advance.
Do you offer discounts?
We offer discounts to volume clients. We also offer a 50% discount for a second set of documents going to the same address only if the documents can be subserved on a 1st attempt. If in hand service is required there is no discount offered.
Will you cover witness fees or filing fees?
No. We cannot cover the expenses of any client.
What type of payment do you accept?
We currently accept payment by check only.
